Oh Portland, how I have missed you. I’ve been across oceans and back and I’ve never seen anything like this anywhere else, yet here in real-life Portlandia I’m not surprised to stumble upon this «public art display» while having linner out with my husband and kids at Navarre this weekend. My daughter gets the photo credit.
